What is Paige’s Page?

Paige’s Page is a Cape Town hospitality platform focused on restaurant storytelling, strategic visibility and experience-led content.

Through creative campaigns, visual storytelling and hospitality consulting, I help restaurants, cafés, hotels and food-led brands connect with the right audience in a way that feels intentional, elevated and memorable.

The focus isn’t just on what’s served. It’s on atmosphere, positioning, emotion and the experience around it.

What I Do

I work across hospitality storytelling, strategic visibility and restaurant-focused content creation.

Some collaborations are campaign-led:
launching menu items, showcasing seasonal specials, pairing experiences, venue features or event storytelling.

Others are strategy-focused:
helping restaurants strengthen visibility, refine positioning and better communicate their identity through content and guest experience.

My background in food entrepreneurship and hands-on hospitality work allows me to approach restaurants from both a creative and operational perspective.

The Paige behind the page

Hi, I’m Paige. I’m a Cape Town hospitality storyteller, culinary entrepreneur and Food Entrepreneurship student at Escoffier.

Food has always been my language. Whether it’s a chef-led tasting menu, a neighbourhood café, a cocktail pairing or a beautifully designed dining space, I’m drawn to the feeling a place creates around food.

Through years of content creation, restaurant collaborations and hands-on hospitality experience, I’ve developed an understanding of both the creative and operational side of the industry.

I care about atmosphere. Identity. Guest experience. And helping restaurants communicate what makes them memorable.

Curious. Detail-driven. Strategic.
And still a little playful... just as food should be.
