What is Paige’s Page?

Paige’s Page exists at the intersection of storytelling and strategy. A curated archive of Cape Town’s dining landscape, built on honest critique and intentional perspective.

This space was created for diners who care where they eat, and restaurants who care how they’re experienced.

What I Do

I work in two worlds: the diner’s perspective and the restaurant’s.

On one side, I write thoughtful Cape Town restaurant reviews and create visual content that captures the full experience.

Flavour, service, setting, and story.

On the other, I consult with restaurants through structured feedback, mystery dining visits, and strategic recommendations helping refine guest experience, strengthen positioning, and increase long-term visibility.

My approach is observant, strategic, and grounded in respect for both the craft of cooking and the business of hospitality.

The writer behind the page

Hi, I’m Paige! I'm a Cape Town food writer, culinary entrepreneur, and currently studying Food Entrepreneurship at Escoffier.

Food has always been my language. Whether it’s a fine-dining tasting menu, a cocktail bar with intention, or a hidden neighbourhood café, I care about how a space makes you feel.

Through my studies and hands-on work in the hospitality industry, I’ve developed a deep understanding of both the creative and operational sides of restaurants.

I’m curious.

Detail-driven.

Honest.

And a little bit playful; just as food should be.
